These Elders are elected and serve lifetime appointments unless they step down or are outcast.
The Elders Commune monthly to discuss the organization’s progress and how to proceed.
The Nope is an Elder and also serves a lifetime appointment unless they step down or are outcasts.
New Elders are nominated only by the Nope.
If a Nope is absent permanently, a new Nope is elected at any Commune an one is nominated for the position.
